A hot water line slab leak was soon found to be the source of the water damage. It had affected and was continuing to deteriorate several regions in the kitchen, living room, hallway, guest bedroom, and the home office room flooring. We picked up the moisture from many areas and then after removing all influenced floor boarding and wainscoting, then after receiving approval from the homeowner, we repaired and restored the property to its former state.
